1. Check shaft fit and usable length. Gather grip tape, compatible grip solvent, vise, rubber shaft clamp, hook blade, cloth and tray. Wear eye protection; work with ventilation, away from flames.
2. Clamp without crushing the shaft. Cut the old grip away from your body; peel off grip and tape. Never cut or scrape graphite.
3. Clean and dry the shaft. Apply smooth double-sided grip tape, peel its backing and fold the overhang over the shaft end.
4. Cover the grip’s vent hole. Wet its inside with compatible solvent, then pour the excess over all the tape into the tray.
5. Slide fully on while wet, without stretching. Seat the cap against the shaft end; align the grip square to the putter face before it sets.
6. Wipe excess solvent. Leave undisturbed for the drying time on your tape/solvent labels. Before play, check it is dry, secure and cannot twist.

2. Entferne alle Seifenreste mit klarem Wasser und trockne den Griff mit einem Handtuch ab. Lasse ihn vor dem Spielen oder Verstauen vollständig trocknen.
3. Bewahre ihn vor direkter Sonne und übermäßiger Hitze geschützt auf. Ersetze einen Griff, der Risse aufweist, hart geworden ist oder nach der Reinigung weiterhin rutschig ist.
