Club Rehab Return and Exchange Policy

Hey there, Club Rehab family! We’ve got your back with our 30-day Exchange/Return Window from the day you received your order. Here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your gear:

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To get the ball rolling on a return or exchange, just shoot us an email at matt@clubrehabgolf.com. We promise to make it as smooth as a perfect putt.

For Exchanges

  • Free Returns: We’ll cover the return and exchange shipping costs. No worries, no hidden fees.
  • Quick Turnaround: Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the new one out ASAP.

For Returns

  • Return Labels: We’ll send you a return shipping label, and a $10 USD postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You’ll get an automated email once your refund is issued.
  • Shipping Costs: We don’t refund original shipping costs. The refund amount will cover the product cost and taxes only.

Important Details

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We can't accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Sorry, but hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also a no-go.
  • Defects and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If something’s off, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Special Notes for Our European Union Friends

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, expect to see the refund back on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact us at matt@clubrehabgolf.com.
