For Exchanges
Free Returns**: We cover the shipping costs for exchanges. No hidden fees, no stress.
Quick Turnaround: Once we receive your item, we’ll ship out the replacement ASAP.

For Returns
- Return Labels: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 USD postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, processing takes **7-10 business days**. We’ll send you an automated email when your refund has been issued.
- Shipping Costs: Please note, we don’t refund the original shipping costs. Your refund will cover the product cost and any taxes paid.

Important Details
Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: We can’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.
Defects and Issues: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right, let us know immediately so we can fix it for you!

Special Notes for Our European Union Friends
If your order was shipped to the **European Union**, you have a **14-day cooling-off period**. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. Just make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase.
