Club Rehab Return & Exchange Policy
Hey there, Club Rehab family. We want you happy with your gear, but we also have to be upfront about how returns work.
We’re a small golf shop, not a giant warehouse with rocket money and free-shipping magic. Return shipping, inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs add up quickly, so all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This helps us keep prices fair without making the post office the only winner.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the day your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email us at cami@clubrehabgolf.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or an issue with the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cover the eligible product cost and applicable taxes only.
15% Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee helps cover inspection, processing, payment fees, repackaging, and the cost of putting returned items back into sellable condition.
The restocking fee does not apply if:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- The issue was caused by Club Rehab Golf
Restocking fees are applied where permitted by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is eligible and returned in the required condition.
If the replacement item costs more or less than the original item, we’ll help square up the difference before shipping the exchange.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition you received them:
- Unused
- Unworn
- With tags, if applicable
- In the original packaging
- With all included parts, accessories, or components
Items that are used, damaged, missing packaging, missing parts, or not in resellable condition may be rejected or receive a reduced refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Items marked final sale
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Basically, if it was made just for you, heavily discounted, or sounds like something we shouldn’t mail twice, it’s probably not returnable.
Defects, Damage, or Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us right away at cami@clubrehabgolf.com so we can review it and make it right.
Photos may be required so we can verify the issue and file any needed carrier or supplier claims.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Once processed, your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.
To use this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unused, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law. Refunds and fees for EU orders will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
