Choosing a Weight
A heavier weight can increase overall clubhead feel and swing weight. A lighter weight can reduce clubhead feel and create a lighter overall setup.
As a general club-building guideline, changing approximately 2 grams of head weight may change swing weight by about one point. Actual results will vary depending on shaft length, shaft weight, grip weight and the club’s existing setup.
Installation
Remove the existing weight using the proper golf club weight wrench. Install the replacement securely without overtightening.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure about compatibility or proper torque.
