Check the socket before the checkout. Fast Twist 3.0 spikes fit Fast Twist 3.0, Tour Lock, Slim-LOK, original Fast Twist and Tri-LOK receptacles. They do not fit PINS, Q-LOK or threaded sockets. Match your shoe model and existing spike using the Softspikes insert-system guide.
Use a cleat wrench to remove worn spikes and install replacements. Clear debris from the receptacle, follow the manufacturer’s installation guide, and never force the wrong insert.
