Smoke. Serve. Prepare: Add your drink and optional ice to a glass. Set the smoker securely over the rim with the mesh filter in place. Smoke: Add a small amount of wood chips to the filter. Use the torch as directed in the included instructions to ignite the chips, then turn off the flame and let the smoke infuse the drink. Serve: Carefully lift away the smoker, taking care around the hot wood and metal. Allow all parts and ash to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
